Emerald Island Sizzling Summer Promotion – Koin Promotion Official Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
Koin Mobile LLC (DBA Koin Payments) and Emerald Island Casino have partnered to offer an exclusive promotion for Emerald Island Casino Club Jewel reward card members. Eligible participants have the opportunity to earn entries into Koin’s Sizzling Summer Giveaway and win exciting prizes. Participants who fund their Koin account with a minimum of $10 will receive $25 funded back to their account plus a raffle ticket for the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected at the end of the promotion. Qualified entries earned during the promotion period and prior to the live event on July 20th, will have a physical ticket placed in the raffle drum on behalf of the Participant. Participants must be present to claim any prizes.
2. Promotion Details
2.1. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to participate in casino promotions.
- Participants must be an Emerald Island Casino Club Jewel reward member and have an active Koin account in good standing prior to funding and participating in the promotion.
- Employees of Koin and Emerald Island Casino are not eligible to participate.
2.2. Entry Qualifications
- New Users:
- Enroll in a new Koin account between July 18-20, 2025.
- Download and create a Koin account during the promotional period to qualify for a Spin the Wheel entry.
- No funding required for spin the wheel entries.
- Fund the Koin account in a single transaction of $10 or more during the promotional period, and
- Link your Club Jewel players club card, and
- Play – connect and transfer at least $10 to the game, and qualify for:
- $25 in your Koin account, and
- One Grand Prize entry
- Multiple Entries:
- Participants may not fund their Koin account for multiple entries into the Grand Prize.
- Participants may not create multiple Koin accounts for multiple entries to Spin the Wheel.
- Eligible funding methods: Debit/credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, or cash at the casino cage. ACH deposits are not eligible.
2.3. Promotion Period
- The promotion runs from 12:01 am, July 18 and ends 12pm July 20, 2025.
2.4. Prize(s)
- One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected to receive $500 funded to their Koin account.
- Up to fifty (50) $25 prizes will be awarded new user participants.
- Up to fifty (50) instant prizes will be awarded for Spin the Wheel entries. Additional prizes may be awarded at the discretion of Koin. Prize selection includes:
- Emerald Island Grill Credit
- Koin branded swag
- All participants must be present at the event to claim their prize on July 20, 2025 at Emerald Island Casino.
- Spin the Wheel prizes will be awarded onsite July 20, 2025, between 10am-12pm
- Grand Prize winner will be announced on July 20, 2025, at 12:01 pm; winner must be present to claim prize.
- Grand Prize will be funded to their Koin account by EOD July 23, 2025.
2.5. Location
- The promotion will be conducted on-site at Emerald Island Casino (120 Market St, Henderson, NV 89015).
- Koin representatives will be onsite and available July 20, 2025, from 10am-12pm to assist with account enrollment.
3. General Terms & Conditions
Participants are eligible to earn entries per qualifying transaction during the promotional period.
Winners must provide valid identification to claim any prizes.
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Koin and Emerald Island Casino, which shall be final and binding.
Koin and Emerald Island Casino reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

4. Authorization and Waiver.
Participant authorizes the universal and unrestricted reproduction of Participant’s voice, likeness, words and/or thoughts in connection with the use or manipulation of the Media by Koin and Emerald Island Casino (“Producer”), Producer’s heirs, successors, assigns, and designees, and those acting with Producer’s permission and authority, in any form now existing or yet to be invented, for all purposes, including, without limitation, transmission, advertising, art, promotion, solicitation, or trade. Additionally, Participant waives any right to approve the eventual use or purpose to which the Media may be applied; or to inspect or approve the finished images, videos, advertising copy, artwork, materials, or other audio or visual matter resulting from the Media’s implementation, use, or manipulation, whether in its original form or processed, altered, blurred, distorted, combined with, or used in conjunction with any other media, and will hold Producer, Producer’s heirs, successors, assigns, and designees harmless and indemnify same against any claims or demands arising therefrom.
